• Kozmik Atlas'a dayanarak aldığınız kararların ve bunların sonuçlarının sorumluluğu, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde size aittir.

5. Verileriniz

6. Kabul

Kozmik Atlas'ı kullanarak içeriklerin yukarıda belirtilen nitelikte olduğunu anladığınızı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Ayrıntılı koşullar için Kullanım Koşulları'na bakabilirsiniz. Sorularınız için: [email protected]

Cosmic Atlas is an information and self-reflection tool that makes astrological calculations visible and understandable. Please read the following before you use it.

1. What this site is not

• It is not fortune-telling, prophecy or mediumship. It makes no certain statement about the future and does not claim to predict it.
• It is not professional advice. It does not give medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice and does not replace it.
• It is not a scientifically validated forecasting method. Astrology is a symbolic tradition, not a scientifically verified way to predict outcomes.

2. How the content is made

Planet positions, the Ascendant, houses and aspects are calculated mathematically from the real positions of celestial bodies. Interpretation texts are general reflections drawn from the astrological tradition and tied to those positions. They read the same way for anyone with the same placements; they are not the assessment of an advisor who knows you or your life. The app does not generate personalised text with artificial intelligence.

3. Your decisions are yours

• Do not make an important decision on the content of this site alone, whether about love, relationships, money, work, education, health or anything else.
• For health, legal, financial and similar matters, consult a qualified professional.
• In a medical emergency call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye); if you have thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, contact a health service or someone close to you right away.
• Responsibility for decisions you take based on Cosmic Atlas, and for their results, rests with you to the extent permitted by law.

4. Commercial purpose and advertising

• Cosmic Atlas is free; there is no sale, subscription or payment, and no card details are asked.
• The site carries no third-party advertising; no astrology, fortune-telling or consulting service of any person or company is sold or marketed here.
• The site promotes Retrace, a separate app from the same provider. Retrace's pricing and terms are on its own store page; Cosmic Atlas content does not depend on buying that app.

5. Your data

Your birth details (name, date, time, place) are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers; no account is created. For birth-place search only the city name you type goes to a search service. Anonymous usage measurement does not include your birth details and can be turned off in Profile. See the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice for details.

6. Acceptance

By using Cosmic Atlas you are deemed to understand that the content is of the nature described above. For the detailed terms see the Terms of Service. Questions: [email protected]
