Kozmik Atlas ("uygulama"), kullanıcılarının gizliliğini ciddiye alır. Bu doküman, uygulamanın hangi verileri topladığını, nasıl kullandığını ve kiminle paylaştığını açıkça anlatır. Sade Türkçe ile yazılmıştır; herhangi bir sorunuz olursa support@kozmikatlas.com adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

1. Toplanan Veriler

Doğum bilgileriniz (tarih, saat, yer): Doğum haritanızı hesaplamak için zorunludur. Cihazınızda saklanır. Hesabınızla giriş yapar ve senkron rızası verirseniz, Supabase tabanlı bulut yedeğine de yazılır (yalnız sizin görebileceğiniz şekilde).

Konum (opsiyonel): Yerel transit bağlamı ve astrokartografi için kullanılabilir. Reddedebilirsiniz; uygulama çalışmaya devam eder. Konum bilginiz cihazınızda tutulur; şehir araması ve astrokartografi haritasındaki dokunuşlar için geçerli istisna 3. maddede yazılıdır.

Bildirim izni (opsiyonel): Yaklaşan transit veya tutulma hatırlatmaları için. İzin verirseniz cihazınıza ait bir bildirim kaydı (push token) oluşturulur ve hatırlatmaların gönderilebilmesi için saklanır. İstediğinizde sistem ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

Hesap bilgileri (opsiyonel): E-posta adresiniz. Giriş parolasızdır; oturum, e-postanıza gelen tek kullanımlık kodla açılır. Hesap, bulut yedeği ve satın alma için gerekir. Uygulama misafir olarak, hesapsız da çalışır.

Günlük notlar: Yazdığınız günlük girdileri öncelikli olarak cihazınızda kalır. Hesap açıp senkron rızası verdiyseniz bulut yedeği alınır.

Teknik ve kullanım kayıtları: Çökme ve performans kayıtları ile hangi ekranların kullanıldığını gösteren anonimleştirilmiş olay verileri. Ayrıntısı 4. maddede.

2. Toplama Sınırları

• Reklam tanımlayıcıları (IDFA, Advertising ID) toplanmaz.
• Üçüncü taraflara veri satılmaz.
• Sosyal ağ entegrasyonu yoktur; rehberinize erişim istenmez.
• Uygulama içi reklam yoktur.
• Uygulamalar arası reklam takibi yapılmaz; iOS gizlilik manifestinde izleme kapalıdır.

3. Hesaplamalar Cihazınızda

Astrolojik hesaplar (gezegen konumları, yükselen ve ev sınırları, açılar, tutulmalar, sabit yıldızlar, profeksiyon, astrokartografi, horary ve diğerleri) cihazınızdaki astronomy-engine motoruyla yerel olarak yapılır. Bu hesaplar için sunucuya istek gönderilmez ve internet bağlantısı gerekmez.

Bu katmanın ağa çıktığı yerleri tek tek yazıyoruz:

• Şehir araması ve ters coğrafi kodlama. Yazdığınız yer adı metni, astrokartografi haritasında bir noktaya dokunduğunuzda ise o noktanın enlem/boylam değeri OpenStreetMap Nominatim servisine gider. Servise ulaşılamazsa uygulama yerel şehir listesine düşer.
• Yüksek hassasiyetli asteroit konumu. Sorgu, bize ait bir Supabase Edge Function üzerinden NASA JPL Horizons servisine iletilir. Bağlantı yoksa cihaz içi hesap devreye girer.
• Sabian sembollerinin İngilizce nesir metni. Açık bir kaynaktan çekilir; ulaşılamazsa uygulamaya gömülü 360 sembolluk yerel metin kullanılır.
• Harita karoları (Apple Haritalar / MapKit). Astrokartografi ekranındaki gezegen çizgilerini ve paran enlemlerini cihazınız hesaplar; altındaki haritayı çizmek için görüntülediğiniz alanın koordinatları Apple'a gider. Bu, iOS'un kendi harita bileşenidir ve Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

Bu sorgular adınız veya e-postanız gibi kimliğinizi doğrudan belirten bir bilgi içermez; ancak şehir aramasında yazdığınız metin çoğu zaman doğum şehrinizdir.

4. Üçüncü Taraf Servisler

Uygulamanın kendi hesaplarının dışında ağı kullandığı yerler şunlardır:

• Supabase (AB, Frankfurt): kimlik doğrulama, bulut yedeği ve kullanım analitiği. Verileriniz Row Level Security (RLS) politikalarıyla korunur; yalnızca giriş yapmış sahibi okur.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim (kâr amacı gütmeyen, açık kaynaklı): şehir arama ve ters coğrafi kodlama.
• RevenueCat ve Apple App Store / Google Play: abonelik durumunun yönetimi ve satın alma. Ödeme ve kart bilgilerinizi biz görmez ve saklamayız.
• Sentry: çökme ve hata kayıtları. Kayıtlar teknik bilgiden oluşur ve kimliğinizi doğrudan belirlemeyi amaçlamaz.
• Apple Haritalar (MapKit): astrokartografi ekranındaki harita karoları.
• Bildirim altyapısı: bildirime izin verirseniz cihaz kaydı, hatırlatmaların iletilebilmesi için Apple/Google bildirim servisleri üzerinden çalışır.

Kullanım analitiği anonimleştirilmiştir ve üçüncü taraf bir analitik SDK'sı kullanılmadan kendi Supabase kurulumumuza yazılır. Başlangıçta açıktır; Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Veri bölümünden istediğiniz an kapatabilirsiniz, kapattığınızda yeni olay toplanmaz.

Uygulamayı App Store / Google Play üzerinden yüklediğinizde, Apple ve Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikaları da geçerlidir.

5. Çocuk Verisi

Uygulama 13 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek 13 yaş altından veri toplamayız.

6. Haklarınız

Avrupa GDPR ve Türkiye KVKK kapsamında:

• Erişim: Tüm verilerinizin kopyasını isteyebilirsiniz.
• Düzeltme: Yanlış olan bilgileri düzeltebilirsiniz. support@kozmikatlas.com adresine yazın veya uygulamada doğum bilgilerinizi yeniden girin.
• Silme: Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi uygulama içinden silebilir ya da support@kozmikatlas.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; talep 30 gün içinde işlenir. Adım adım: Hesap ve Veri Silme.
• Veri taşınabilirliği: Verilerinizin JSON formatında kopyasını isteyebilirsiniz.

7. Güvenlik

Bulut yedekleri Supabase'in TLS 1.3 ile şifrelenmiş bağlantısı üzerinden iletilir. Giriş parolasız olduğu için sizden bir parola saklamayız; oturum, e-postanıza gelen tek kullanımlık kodla açılır. Doğum verisi, hesaplama için gerekli olduğundan düz metin saklanır ve yalnız sizin hesabınızla erişilebilir.

8. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler için uygulama içinde bildirim gösteririz. En güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır.

Cosmic Atlas ("the app") takes your privacy seriously. This document explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. Written in plain English; if you have any questions, reach support@kozmikatlas.com.

1. Data Collected

Birth information (date, time, place): Required to compute your natal chart. Stored on your device. If you sign in and give sync consent, it is also written to the Supabase cloud backup, visible only to you.

Location (optional): Used for local transit context and astrocartography. You may decline; the app continues to work. Location stays on your device; the exception that applies to city search and astrocartography map taps is described in section 3.

Notification permission (optional): For upcoming transit or eclipse reminders. If you allow it, a device notification record (push token) is created and stored so reminders can be delivered. Disable it any time in system settings.

Account information (optional): Your email address. Sign-in is passwordless; a session opens with a one-time code sent to your email. An account is needed for cloud backup and for purchases. The app also works as a guest, with no account.

Journal entries: Daily notes you write stay on your device first. They are backed up to the cloud if you have an account and gave sync consent.

Technical and usage records: Crash and performance records, plus anonymised event data showing which screens are used. Detailed in section 4.

2. Collection Limits

• No advertising identifiers (IDFA, Advertising ID) are collected.
• Data is never sold to third parties.
• No social network integrations; no contacts access.
• No in-app advertising.
• No cross-app advertising tracking; tracking is declared off in the iOS privacy manifest.

3. Computations On Your Device

Astrological computations (planetary positions, ascendant and house cusps, aspects, eclipses, fixed stars, profection, astrocartography, horary and the rest) run locally with the astronomy-engine library on your device. These computations send no request to a server and need no internet connection.

Here is where this layer does reach the network, one by one:

• City search and reverse geocoding. The place-name text you type is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim; when you tap a point on the astrocartography map, that point's latitude and longitude is sent to the same service. If the service cannot be reached, the app falls back to a local city list.
• High-precision asteroid positions. The query is relayed through a Supabase Edge Function of ours to the NASA JPL Horizons service. Without a connection, the on-device computation takes over.
• English prose text for Sabian symbols. Fetched from an open source; if it cannot be reached, the 360 symbols bundled inside the app are used.
• Map tiles (Apple Maps, MapKit). Your device computes the astrocartography lines and the paran latitudes; to draw the map underneath them, the coordinates of the area you are viewing go to Apple. This is the operating system map component and is subject to Apple's own privacy policy.

These queries carry no direct identifier such as your name or email; however, the text you type when searching is often your birth city.

4. Third-Party Services

Beyond its own computations, the app uses the network in these places:

• Supabase (EU, Frankfurt): authentication, cloud backup and usage analytics. Your data is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies and is readable only by the signed-in owner.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim (open-source, non-profit): city search and reverse geocoding.
• RevenueCat and Apple App Store / Google Play: subscription state and purchases. We neither see nor store your payment or card details.
• Sentry: crash and error records. These records are technical and are not intended to identify you directly.
• Apple Maps (MapKit): map tiles on the astrocartography screen.
• Notification delivery: if you allow notifications, the device record works through the Apple and Google notification services so reminders can be delivered.

Usage analytics are anonymised and written to our own Supabase setup, with no third-party analytics SDK. They are on at first launch; you can turn them off any time under Settings → Privacy and Data, after which no new events are collected.

When you install via the App Store or Google Play, Apple's and Google's own privacy policies also apply.

5. Children's Data

The app is not designed for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Turkey):

• Access: Request a copy of all your data.
• Rectification: Correct any incorrect information. Email support@kozmikatlas.com or re-enter your birth details in the app.
• Deletion: Delete your account and all data from inside the app, or email support@kozmikatlas.com; requests are processed within 30 days. Step by step: Account and Data Deletion.
• Portability: Request a JSON export of your data.

7. Security

Cloud backups travel over Supabase's TLS 1.3 encrypted connection. Because sign-in is passwordless, we store no password for you; a session opens with a one-time code sent to your email. Birth data is stored in plaintext, as the computation requires it, and is accessible only to your account.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we display an in-app notification. The latest version is always published at this URL.
